Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Deal with the band of troublemakers.
1 of 4: The greasers are hanging out in the North Sewers area. One of the manholes leading there can be found on the street near Crandon.
2 of 4: In the sewers, use the local area map to help you make your way east to the room with the quest arrow in it.
3 of 4: Talk to Greaser Johnny and pass a Speech 65 check if you can. If not, you can pay him 100 caps (or 50 caps with a Barter 50 check).
4 of 4: Otherwise, you'll have to kill him and his four greaser buddies. If that's the way you're going to go, don't choose a provoking dialogue option. Instead, mine one of the entrances to the room and start the battle off with a sneak attack delivered from a spot past the mines. (Note that killing the greasers gets you karma, but some New Vegas citizens may turn hostile.)
