Bring the history book back to Papa Khan.
1 of 3: Return to Papa Khan's longhouse and talk to him to get your two book-turning-over options.
2 of 3: The first one mentions the Mongol Empire. Choosing it will get the Great Khans to leave the Mojave later on.
3 of 3: The second one, about aping the glories of the past, is a better choice since it will get the Great Khans to make a suicide attack at Hoover Dam during the final main quest.
