Fallout: New Vegas Hints

Find someone else in Westside who may have seen Corporal White.

  • 1 of 5: If you can pass an Intelligence 6 check while talking to Anderson, you can get him to confess to killing Corporal White. (The same thing will happen if your Followers of the Apocalypse rep is "accepted" or better, and you say that you've been helpful to the Followers.)
  • 2 of 5: If you kill Anderson (a single sneak-attack shot to the head should do it), you can get a written confession from his body and skip straight to the "Tell Lieutenant Boyd what happened to Corporal White" objective. However, this way doesn't get you any of the fame, karma, or caps that a verbal confession from Anderson would.
  • 3 of 5: To get a verbal confession, either pass the above-mentioned Intelligence 6 or Followers fame check, or skip to the next hint of this objective for an alternative way.
  • 4 of 5: Leave the building and follow the quest arrow to a kid named Hector who's leading a water brahmin around.
  • 5 of 5: Ask him about Corporal White and try to pass a Speech 80 check. If you pass it, you can return to Anderson and get him to confess. Otherwise, you'll have to do the "Follow Hector during the day and find out where he's getting his water" objective first.
