Return to Vulpes and let him Martina is dead.
1 of 2: WARNING: Don't loot any of the containers in Martina's room, or you'll gain infamy with the Strip and NCR factions as well as losing karma. I know of no reason for this, but that's the way it is.
2 of 2: Go back to the Fort and tell Vulpes that Martina is dead. You'll get no reward other than quest-ending XP.
