Return to Vulpes and let him know Martina's safe.
1 of 4: Before you leave, talk to Martina to learn that she spies for Captain Curtis of the NCR.
2 of 4: WARNING: Don't loot any of the containers in Martina's room, or you'll gain infamy with the Strip and NCR factions as well as losing karma. I know of no reason for this, but that's the way it is.
3 of 4: Go back to the Fort and tell Vulpes that Martina is safe to get some Caesar's Legion fame.
4 of 4: If you talked to Martina (or go do so later), you can mention her spying to Vulpes Inculta to get the first Caesar's Legion objective of the "I Put a Spell on You" quest.
