1 of 5: Go over to the east side of the terminal building's upper floor.
2 of 5: Down a short hallway to the north are two NCR troopers guarding the door to the monorail station. If you approach them, they'll turn hostile and attack you unless you're wearing an NCR outfit or have a good rep with the NCR.
3 of 5: Put on Private Crenshaw's armor if necessary, then go through the door and board the monorail.
4 of 5: Turn left and go over to the closed door that leads to another passenger car.
5 of 5: Activate the vent that's to the left of that door to place the bomb.
