Plant a fission battery, conductor, Wonderglue, a box of Abraxo Cleaner, ....
1 of 3: Go to the south end of the terminal building's upper floor to find some doors leading to the concourse.
2 of 3: Follow the quest arrow to find Private Crenshaw's footlocker.
3 of 3: Open it up and transfer one of each of the following items from the misc. section of your inventory to it: fission battery, conductor, wonderglue, abraxo cleaner, monorail sabotage plans.
