Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Report to Colonel Hsu and frame Private Crenshaw.
1 of 2: Go to Colonel Hsu's office and tell him you know who bombed the monorail.
2 of 2: Tell him it was Private Crenshaw, then say that he had explosives and plans for the operation. Hsu will believe you and give you 100 caps.
