The door guard suggested talking to Big Sal or Nero about Cachino's journal.
1 of 3: Open the locked door with the key you were given, then go up the stairs to reach a large room with several pool tables in it.
2 of 3: Check its side hall for whichever boss is currently on duty: Big Sal or Nero.
3 of 3: Tell him that you have proof that one of his lieutenants is dealing behind his back, then sell him Cachino's journal for 100 caps (or 200 with a Barter 55 check).
