Report back to Eddie with information on the NCR's planned attack.
1 of 3: Return to Eddie and tell him the NCR is planning a raid on the prison to get 100 caps and some chems.
2 of 3: The quest will immediately end, but you can go outside and watch the NCR and Powder Gangers fight (and loot all the corpses). Note that the NCR troops will be hostile to you, so stay back to avoid taking heavy damage. Also, help kill them or sneak out of the area to avoid the likely scenario where they kill all the Powder Gangers and then gang up on you.
3 of 3: TIP: If Eddie's still alive after all the attacking NCR troopers are dead, you can talk to him a couple of times to get some Powder Gangers fame.
