1 of 3: Go back to the Aerotech tent and tell Frank Weathers what happened to his family.
2 of 3: If you got them killed, you'll only get 100 XP. If you got them all out alive, you'll get 50 caps and 1000 XP.
3 of 3: During the final conversation with Frank, you can pass a Speech 35 check to get some karma and/or a Barter 35 check to get 25 caps. If you call him an abusive bastard, you can use other Speech 35 checks to convince him to kill himself, which gets you bad karma and a body to loot.
