Post-Quest Notes
1 of 3: If you helped Cachino take over, you can talk to him after the quest is over to get 50 free Gomorrah casino chips. If you helped the bosses, tell Big Sal that you plan on playing some games in the casino to get the same thing.
2 of 3: If you freed Troike while helping Cachino or pass a Speech 50 check after helping the bosses, you should be able to go to Mick & Ralph's store in Freeside's first section and tell Mick that the Omertas will buy arms from him again. This seems a bit glitchy, since it doesn't always happen, and it sometimes happens even if the Omertas are dead.
3 of 3: If you do get that dialogue option, use it to gain some Freeside fame and a fancied-up Pip-Boy called the Pimp-Boy 3 Billion. It works the same as the Pip-Boy 3000, but has a different look. You can switch back and forth between the two Pip-Boy models by talking to Mick.
