Exactly how do I get the safehouse keys?
1 of 4: To get the key to the NCR Ranger Safehouse (location 33 on the Zone 2 Map), get your reputation with the NCR up to "liked," then go to Camp McCarran (location 37 on the Zone 1 Map) and talk to Col. James Hsu in his office, which is on the east side of the huge terminal building's ground floor.
2 of 4: To get the key to the Caesar's Legion Safehouse (location 45 on the Zone 3 Map), get your reputation with Caesar's Legion up to "liked," then talk to Lucius in the bedroom of Caesar's tent at the Fort. (See the "Render Unto Caesar" main quest.)
3 of 4: To get the key to the Brotherhood of Steel Safehouse (location 9 on the Zone 2 map), finish the Brotherhood's "Still in the Dark" faction quest.
