Solving the "Keith" Problem

  • 1 of 7: Go to the Aerotech Office Park (location 13 on the Zone 2 Map) and find Captain Parker walking around outside.
  • 2 of 7: Talk to him about the place, then ask him about Keith to learn that he suspects Keith of doing crooked gambling and drug running, but can't prove anything.
  • 3 of 7: Enter the Aerotech Suite 200 area and find Keith, who's easy to spot in a bright red jumpsuit.
  • 4 of 7: When you talk to him, pass a Barter 45 check to learn that he's doing drug running or a Speech 60 check to find out about his illegal gambling. (Note that you don't have to buy his overpriced jet.)
  • 5 of 7: Pass either or both of those checks (or get the marked cards), then report to Captain Parker. You'll get 100 caps and 75 XP if you exposed one of Keith's illegal activities, and 150 caps and 150 XP if you exposed both.
  • 6 of 7: When Parker says he's going to take Keith into custody, say you're in, then follow Parker into the 200 suite. Stand and watch as he talks to Keith and then shoots him down.
  • 7 of 7: After it's over, talk to Parker to get 100 caps and 75 XP.
