Jules' Own .44 Hand Load Recipe
1 of 3: Go to the North Vegas Square (location 46 on the Zone 1 Map) and find Jules somewhere on or near the north street.
2 of 3: Talk to him until you get a Guns 50 dialogue option, then pass it and keep talking to get a Survival 60 check.
3 of 3: If you can pass it, you'll get the schematics for making .44 Magnum, SWC (Hand Load) ammo at reloading benches. (Note that this isn't useful if you have the level 6 perk Hand Loader, or plan to get it later, since the schematics automatically come with the perk.)
