Fallout: New Vegas Hints

Go to Cachino and the Omerta bosses to meet with them and take them out.

  • 1 of 6: To get this objective, finish either Troike's or Clanden's objectives (or both), then ask Cachino what the next step in breaking up the bosses' plan is.
  • 2 of 6: Before you say you're ready to take care of the bosses, ask how you're going to do it. If you can pass a Speech 80 check, you'll get the "Cachino has agreed to take out the Omerta bosses during our meeting with ..." objective. Otherwise, you'll stay on this objective.
  • 3 of 6: Follow Cachino as he walks to Nero's office. When you enter it, he'll give you a sawed-off shotgun and some stimpaks.
  • 4 of 6: Equip the shotgun he gave you or another weapon that you have, then get behind one of the bosses and crouch down.
  • 5 of 6: Maneuver around until your stealth indicator reads "[HIDDEN]" so you can start the fight with a sneak-attack critical hit on one of the bosses. You may want to pickpocket the other boss' ammo first. (Note that you could sit down on the couch and talk to the bosses like they want you to, but that lets them get the drop on you.)
  • 6 of 6: Finish off both bosses with Cachino's help to finish the quest and get some fame points with the Strip faction.
