Talk to Sunny Smiles in the Prospector Saloon.
1 of 3: After you look around the rest of the Goodsprings area for loot, enter the saloon. (As usual, use the local area map and quest arrows to help you find it.)
2 of 3: When Sunny talks to you, say that Doc Mitchell referred you to her for desert survival training.
3 of 3: TIP: You can talk to her about the areas around Goodsprings to get Sloan and Primm marked on your world map. You can also ask if there's any work available to get a Lockpick skill magazine and 3 bobby pins.
