Where are some places that I can find pre-dead NCR soldiers with dogtags?
1 of 3: There are about a dozen dead NCR troopers (plus a live one) in the Camp Guardian Caves. If you feel like killing a lot of lakelurks to get to them, see the "Saving Private Halford" undocumented quest.
2 of 3: There are four more in the small hotel building in Nipton (location 43 on the Zone 3 Map)
3 of 3: All of those will be enough to get the 15-dogtag bonus, but you can find a couple more in the western barracks in Nelson (location 17 on the Zone 4 Map), plus a few more at secondary locations k and o on the same map.
