2 of 11: He's in the workshop on the 3rd floor.
3 of 11: He'll tell you to check with Michael or Rhombus.
4 of 11: Michael hands out weaponry on the first floor.
5 of 11: The only way you're getting one from Michael is high speech skill.
6 of 11: There's another one with Rhombus.
