Where can I get some drugs?

  • 1 of 15: Have you been to The Hub?
  • 2 of 15: Have you been to the Old Town section?
  • 3 of 15: There's a guy in a garage-type building there.
  • 4 of 15: His name is Vance.
  • 5 of 15: He has what you need.
  • 6 of 15: But he may not be willing to give it to you.
  • 7 of 15: If you have a high Speech skill, you may be able to convince him to barter with you.
  • 8 of 15: If not, you may need to go talk with Lemmy.
  • 9 of 15: Lemmy is a guy who looks kinda old and crippled. He hangs out around the western side of Downtown at The Hub.
  • 10 of 15: Talk to him.
  • 11 of 15: He can get Vance to deal with you.
  • 12 of 15: Lemmy will charge you money for it, though.
  • 13 of 15: Jacob the arms dealer in Old Town may get Vance to talk with you as well.
  • 14 of 15: Of course, there is a much easier way to get Vance to deal with you.
  • 15 of 15: Just talk to him, and press the Barter button. He'll deal with you whether he likes you or not.
