Where do I get a rope?
1 of 11: Do you remember passing a visitable location (marked by a green bubble) on the wasteland map on the way to Vault 15?
2 of 11: Did you stop by there? If not, it may be the time to pay them a visit.
3 of 11: It's the town of Shady Sands.
4 of 11: Talk to everyone in town.
5 of 11: Barter with everyone in town.
6 of 11: Seth has a rope.
7 of 11: He is at the front gate.
8 of 11: He will barter for the rope with you.
9 of 11: Another rope is in the bookcase in the building in the garden area of Shady Sands.
10 of 11: There is yet another rope on the floor of the building in the southern part of the garden area of Shady Sands.
11 of 11: If you get down to the Living Quarters level of Vault 15, there is a rope in a locker there.
