1 of 7: Don't worry about this until something drastic happens in Shady Sands.
2 of 7: Once this happens you'll have a reason to do something about the Raiders.
3 of 7: Take care of the RadScorpion business if you haven't done so yet.
4 of 7: You may have to leave Shady Sands and come back.
5 of 7: Eventually, the mayor of Shady Sands will tell you his daughter Tandi was kidnapped.
6 of 7: She was kidnapped by the Raiders.
7 of 7: Their camp is south of Shady Sands and should appear on your map.
