Where is that blasted Water Chip!?!?
1 of 13: Well, don't get all worked up, it IS in Necropolis.
2 of 13: Well, actually under Necropolis.
3 of 13: Necropolis was actually built on top of a vault.
4 of 13: If you can find that Vault, you can find the chip.
5 of 13: Go through the sewers to get to the Watershed area.
6 of 13: Then you can find a ladder down in the Watershed building that will take you to the area with glowing ghouls.
7 of 13: They inhabit Vault 12.
8 of 13: Go to where the water control computer would be in the vault.
9 of 13: It's on level 3.
10 of 13: Go to the only computer that's working...
11 of 13: And use the computer!
12 of 13: Bingo! You got the chip!
13 of 13: You may have to fight your way out, though.
