Where is the Water Chip?
1 of 9: Talk to people near the front gate.
2 of 9: They will point you in the right direction to look.
3 of 9: They will tell you to check with the General Store and the Water Merchants.
4 of 9: Both of them are in other parts of the city.
5 of 9: The General Store is in Downtown.
6 of 9: The Water Merchants are farther south in the Merchants area.
7 of 9: The Water Merchants tell you the only place you will find a chip is a vault or in Necropolis.
8 of 9: In other words, you won't find one here in The Hub.
9 of 9: You can also get some information from Mrs. Stapleton, the librarian, about vaults.
