Fallout 2 Hints
Collect on a debt.
1 of 9: You will get this quest by talking to Becky in her casino on the west side of town.
2 of 9: She asks you to find Fred and collect on his debt.
3 of 9: I was able to find him in Flick's place to the south of Becky's casino.
4 of 9: Hmm ... it looks like he doesn't have all the money that Becky wants.
5 of 9: I doubt Becky is going to want to hear that you failed on this quest.
6 of 9: Then you should probably just take what you can get out of Fred and loan him the rest.
7 of 9: The best that I was able to do was to get $100 from Fred and loan him the other hundred. Since Becky gave me $100 as a reward, I at least broke even. And I got a 200 XP bonus as well.
8 of 9: Remember that Fred said he would repay you.
9 of 9: I came back to the Den a while later (I think it was at least a year), and by then, Fred made the money back and then some. He offered me a sizable reward of $2000 in cash, and a few packs each of micro fusion and small energy cells.
