Fallout 2 Hints
Kill the Rat God.
1 of 5: You may have read something about the rat trouble in Trapper Town.
2 of 5: You will find Trapper Town to the west of the main section of Klamath. There are actually two exit grids to the west, one of which leads to a crashed vertibird, and the other of which leads to Trapper Town.
3 of 5: Most of the trappers here won't really want to talk to you, but if you keep looking, you should find one who's willing to give you the information and items you need.
4 of 5: Look for "Slim". He's in a room near a locked door. He will suggest that you try to kill the rat god in the caves nearby and will also give you the key to get through the locked door near him.
5 of 5: Just keep heading through the caves, and kill the various kinds of rats that you find there. You'll eventually run into the rat god -- just kill him to finish this quest.
