Deliver a message from the farm.
1 of 3: You get this quest from talking to Vegeir at the Ghost Farm. You will get and solve this quest with the optimal solution to investigating the farm.
2 of 3: Vegeir will ask you to deliver a message to the people of Modoc. I'd recommend doing it, but before you do, I should warn you that your return may trigger a timed quest that you might barely be able to finish in the allotted time if you're travelling by foot. If you want to avoid this situation, read ahead to the next quest and solve that first.
3 of 3: In particular, you should find out what happened to Karl before returning to Modoc.
