How can I rescue SkyNet?

  • 1 of 10: You will find SkyNet on the third level, in the control room.  It's the large mainframe.
  • 2 of 10: It wants you to build it a robot and download it into the robot.
  • 3 of 10: You'll need a cybernetic brain from level 4.
  • 4 of 10: In theory, this should be a simple task -- just go to the computer in front of the storage tanks and ask it to get the brain for you.  But the task isn't quite so simple in practice.
  • 5 of 10: Once you have the brain, you'll need to install it.
  • 6 of 10: Put it in the half-completed robot to the north of the control room.  And see what other parts you need.
  • 7 of 10: The computer near that robot will tell you what you need.
  • 8 of 10: You can get some bio-gel from the floor in the same room as the robot.  Or take some from the medical lab on the first floor.
  • 9 of 10: Once you have all the parts in, you can go to the computer to activate your new robot.  The robot may even join your party if you're already at the limit, but it appears that if you dismiss him, he won't rejoin a full party. (I suspect this is a bug, and therefore may not work with other versions or on other systems.)
  • 10 of 10: The robot will also be able to deactivate the security systems on each of the levels of the Depot for you, as well.
