1 of 4: You get this job from Smith to the east of the clinic in the courtyard. He wants you to help him out by buying a plow from Happy Harry.
2 of 4: While he doesn't offer you any reward, he will give you something worth more than the cost of the plow if you complete the quest.
3 of 4: You can just buy the plow for $800 in cash from Harry. It might also be possible to pay less if your skills are high enough.
4 of 4: Then, have the plow delivered and talk to Smith to get an assault rifle as a reward.
