Fallout 2 Hints
Kill the Shi emporer.
1 of 8: You will only get this quest if you agree to join the Hubologists.
2 of 8: And talk to AHS-9, their leader. He might give you the quest, depending on what you say to him.
3 of 8: AHS-7 will also give you this quest if you report back that you have killed Badger.
4 of 8: He asks you to kill the Shi emporer for him. Note that this obviously means taking sides with the Hubologists against the Shi, so I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you're certain you want to go that route.
5 of 8: Read the menus carefully, and you'll see something that should rid San Francisco of the emporer.
6 of 8: Format the hard drive.
7 of 8: It also appears that even hacking into the computer, getting caught, and then killing the emporer's assistant (Ken Lee), may be enough to please AHS-9. This might be a bug, however, so the trick will not necessarily work in every version.
8 of 8: Although AHS-9 won't be very grateful after you finish this quest, you do at least get the experience points from it, if that means anything to you.
