Win at armwrestling.
1 of 6: Francis in the bar on the west side of town will give you his power fist if you can beat him at armwrestling.
2 of 6: Even with a strength rating of 9, this is one tough task. You will really need a strength rating of 10 to even have a chance.
3 of 6: You might be able to find someone around town who can help you out with it, however.
4 of 6: Try to help Eric out with his power problem.
5 of 6: When you do, he will offer you a package of Buffout. Take it to increase your strength a couple of points.
6 of 6: Note, however, that this may not quite be enough if you have a fairly weak character. Either look for another dose of Buffout from a store, or else pass on the quest for now.
