Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Second Fuel Tank
1 of 6: Move past the fuel tank and all the way back to the wall with the barbed wire across the top of it.
2 of 6: There'll probably be a Chinese lookout in a high-up fortification, and two or three more will come around the wall after you.
3 of 6: There's also another active chimera tank behind the wall, so get your missile launcher ready to deal with it once the nearby soldiers are all down.
4 of 6: After it's blown up, go finish off the soldiers in the back of its area, and raid the supply stash that's in their little tunnel-like fortification.
5 of 6: Then go up to the big fuel tank that's next to the empty chimera tank refueling station and plant a charge on it.
6 of 6: Run to a safe distance, then wait for the tank to blow up, thereby completing this objective.
