Microwave Emitter
1 of 3: This unique mesmetron-like gun can't frenzy or dizzy people, but it does a lot of damage and ignores normal weapon resistance. Thankfully, it uses microfusion cells instead of mesmetron power cells.
2 of 3: You can get it from the special reward vault that's only accessible after you finish the "A Meeting Of The Minds" quest.
3 of 3: NOTE: The only way you can repair the microwave emitter yourself is to sacrifice the mesmetron, so you'll probably prefer to pay someone to repair it for you (or use alien epoxy from the Mothership Zeta add-on).
