Fertilizer Shovel
1 of 3: This unique shovel has the following advantages over regular shovels: 17% more damage, 33% more health, increased critical damage, poison damage 4 points for 10 seconds.
2 of 3: You can get it by passing a Speech Challenge with Croatoa (or having the Child at Heart perk) in the Ark & Dove Cathedral area, which is only accessible after you finish the "Walking With Spirits" quest.
3 of 3: Or you could sneakily give him a melee weapon that's more damaging (like a shishkebab) using the pickpocket screen, then leave the area and return later. He'll have switched to using the new weapon, and you can pickpocket the unique shovel from him.
