1 of 5: Be sure to tell Elder Lyons that the super mutants are coming from Vault 87 to get some karma and XP, then look around the infirmary to find some aqua pura, including in the wooden crate.
2 of 5: Search the rest of the B Ring area for more aqua pura bottles both loose and in crates, then go do the same thing in the A Ring. (Don't miss all the ones in the Great Hall.)
3 of 5: When you're done with that, loot the laboratory. You should end up with around 150 bottles of aqua pura, each of which will restore 20 HP when drunk. (Of course, they each weigh a pound, and you can probably get more healing from stimpaks, anyway.)
