Ask about holy water at the Monastery of Eternal Light.
1 of 4: Fast-travel to Springvale, then follow the quest arrow to the Holy Light Monastery.
2 of 4: Walk up to its entrance to get Brother Gerard to talk to you and give you a bottle of holy water.
3 of 4: Drink it in inventory, then talk to him again to learn what's going on at this "monastery."
4 of 4: Ask him about everything, including gaining entrance to the monastery, to get three new objectives.
