Deal with Split Jack and his gang.
1 of 7: The note mentioned Wilhelm's Wharf, and your quest arrow now points there, so head that way next.
2 of 7: You'll find that Grandma Sparkle has several visitors, including one named Split Jack.
3 of 7: Talk to him and say you came for the job, then give the correct password.
4 of 7: As the note said, it's "mirelurk stew."
5 of 7: Put on the metal armor and helmet that he gives you, then talk to him again.
6 of 7: You can ask what the score is to get a Speech Challenge. If you pass it, the bandits will quit and leave (and kill Grandma Sparkle on the way out for some unknown reason).
7 of 7: Your other option is to challenge Split Jack to a one-on-one fight for control of the gang.
