What if I've already done the listening post objective?
1 of 4: Then you've already gotten your gear package. However, you can change it if you want to.
2 of 4: As for your strike team, you won't get any more recruitment markers.
3 of 4: However, you can talk to Sergeant Montgomery and have him add in new recruits if you're not already at the five-markers-worth max.
4 of 4: NOTE: If you want to replace current recruits, talk to them and dismiss them, then talk to Montgomery.
