1 of 3: Go through the door in the server room's NW corner, and watch out for two ceiling turrets as you make your way to the exit door.
2 of 3: Once you're outside, fast-travel to the Citadel (after killing any nearby radscorpions) and enter the laboratory.
3 of 3: Follow your quest arrow to Scribe Rothchild, then talk to him about the encrypted data you got.
