Deliver the Tesla Coil to Paladin Tristan.
1 of 3: Go back the way you came and up the stairs, then use the ladder marked "EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY" to shortcut your way outside.
2 of 3: Kill any nearby deathclaws, then fast-travel back to the Citadel.
3 of 3: Follow the quest arrow to find Paladin Tristan, then talk to him to turn the Tesla coil over.
