Enter the Chinese Compound.
1 of 4: Get back down to the ground, then head NW toward the compound entrance.
2 of 4: Powered armor soldiers will be shooting at a couple of high-up turrets, but you can ignore them and just move forward until someone uses a fat man to blow the front gate off.
3 of 4: Before you proceed, return to the nearest health and ammo dispensers to make sure you're full up on health and ammo.
4 of 4: Go up to the compound's doors and quicksave right before entering.
