Secret Area Tips
1 of 3: The area with the skeleton in a cage isn't the only area on the mezzanine's lower floor that you can access.
2 of 3: A ways north and a bit west of the stairs, look for a way to climb over the rubble and get past the wrecked railway cars.
3 of 3: That'll get you to an area with a target dummy and a sandbag wall. Look for items on and near both.
