1 of 5: Enter the rusty metal elevator that's in the middle of the area past the bottom of the ramp, then activate the switch to enter the outpost.
2 of 5: Exit the elevator after it stops to be "greeted" by Defender Sibley, then start following him.
3 of 5: As he slowly walks along, watch for side areas you can run into and grab some loot from before resuming your slow trudge behind him.
4 of 5: Follow Sibley until he reaches Protector McGraw, then wait until McGraw speaks to you.
5 of 5: Say you'd be happy to help, then ask what he wants you to do. He'll tell you about the Anchorage sim that you have to complete (with safety protocols off, of course) in order to gain the ability to unlock the sealed armory.
