Mini Nuke Note
1 of 6: There are two mini nukes near the big GNR sign that you can get if you can figure out how to get to them.
2 of 6: From the top of the large rubble ramp that's near where you entered the area, turn SW to see some rubble that you can use to hop up to the next floor.
3 of 6: Go over to the east side of the building, then go north until you reach a knocked-over filing cabinet next to a desk.
4 of 6: Jump onto the filing cabinet, then look west and down to find the little ledge that the two mini nukes are on.
5 of 6: Jump toward the pillar they're next to, then lean on the Forward key to ensure that you land on the mini nukes' ledge.
6 of 6: Pick them up, then drop down to the lower floor.
