1 of 3: Before you visit the Calvert Mansion, check out the House of Wares store and other nearby locations. Also, you might want to explore the Point Lookout world a bit to find new locations and/or do some Misc. Quests.
2 of 3: When you're ready, go to the mansion and approach its front doors.
3 of 3: A ghoul will talk to you through the speakers above the doors, updating your objective.
