Bring Marguerite ten Refined Punga Fruit, or twenty Wild Punga Fruit.
1 of 4: The quickest way to get enough punga fruit is to travel west to the Grower's Shack (location 14 on the World Map) and raid its garden. You should find at least 20 wild punga fruit there.
2 of 4: Another great place is the Ark & Dove Cathedral, but you can't enter it until you finish the "Walking With Spirits" quest.
3 of 4: Otherwise, wander around the swamp looking for punga plants.
4 of 4: Once you have enough punga fruit, return to Marguerite and talk to her about the tonic to hand it over.
