Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Acquire a slave outfit.
1 of 7: After the conversation with Wernher is over, check your world map to see that you need to travel a ways west to find the slaver camp.
2 of 7: Go west over the rocky ground until you reach the camp, then look for a slaver named Ramsey. (He may be banging on the slave pen to harass the slaves.)
3 of 7: Quicksave before you talk to him, since you'll have to pass a tough Speech Challenge to trick him.
4 of 7: Even if you do trick him, you'll need 600 caps to buy the slaves with. Doing that will get you the slave pen key without a fight.
5 of 7: The only other option is to kill all of the slavers and take the slave pen key from Ramsey's corpse.
6 of 7: However you get the slave pen key, go open the slave pen and talk to one of the slaves inside.
7 of 7: You can gain karma by telling the slaves they're free, and then take a slave outfit from the dead slave's body. Or you can kill one or more of the slaves for fun and XP (and negative karma), and get an outfit from one of them.
