How do I get this quantum?
1 of 5: Find the entrance to the cellar next to the north side of the shack.
2 of 5: In the cellar, use the electrical switch on the table to open the inner cage doors so the ghouls and swamplurk can fight it out.
3 of 5: Shoot down any survivors, then pick the lock on the outer cage door.
4 of 5: Go to the swamplurk's cage and look on top of the safes to find the quantum.
5 of 5: NOTE: When you exit the cellar, there'll be a bunch of frag mines set nearby, plus several swampfolk patrolling around.
