1 of 3: The muck hole with this survey tape is a bit north of the Trash Heap (location 20 on the World Map). Use the quest arrows to help you find it.
2 of 3: When you arrive, look for a ladder on a mound near a shack that you can use to enter the excavated muck hole.
3 of 3: Use a rad-x to buffer yourself against radiation, then look on the table to find two bio-gas canisters, an advanced radiation suit, and Soil Survey Tape #1.
