Recover the dead Chinese spy's mission debriefing from the locker ....
1 of 4: Fast-travel to the Pilgrim's Landing area, then follow the quest arrow east to a row of lockers.
2 of 4: The second locker from the right will have the spy's audio password in it.
3 of 4: Take it and listen to it in your Pip-Boy's Data / Notes section.
4 of 4: NOTE: If your objective doesn't update, get going toward the bank, and hopefully it'll update on the way.
